Tomorrows A New Day!
Today was not one of my best days.. I woke up and didn’t feel like working out, or eating right I somehow convinced myself to have a “cheat day” which ended up being a bad idea, since I ate half a bucket of ice cream, Mcdonalds: 2 chicken nuggets medium fries, and a large coke, rice, soup..
